If you’ve decided that the Textura Solution is right for you and you’ve identified projects for which you would like to utilize the Textura Solution for the payment application process, please contact us to schedule an implementation meeting with one of our Customer Implementation Teams.During this two-to-three-hour meeting, we’ll provide an overview and demonstration of the Textura Solution and define the process of using it within your organization. We’ll schedule time with your project teams to conduct a one-day training session. Then you’ll be ready to start implementing projects onto the Textura Solution. Once you’ve implemented your initial projects, a dedicated Customer Implementation Team will work with you to develop a plan for full implementation across all projects, and will continue to support you and your users throughout the process.

+ Using Textura to Submit Invoices
If you’re a Subcontractor or vendor who’s been asked to submit invoices through the Textura Solution, getting started is as easy as clicking a link in an email. Either your General Contractor or Textura will send you an email inviting you to join the Textura network. By clicking the link in the email, you will be taken to a screen where you can create your username and password to gain access to the system.
Once you’ve created your username and password, you’ll have access to our online help and computer-based training tutorials or you can contact our Customer Support Team at 1.866.TEXTURA (839.8872). Training typically takes 30 minutes then you’ll be ready to go. Once you’ve joined the Textura Solution and completed the initial activation process, you’ll be available to work with any General Contractor on the system.
