+ OPERATIONS

Operations plays a critical customer management role that is essential to Textura’s objectives. Although Textura is a software application, we operate very much like a consulting firm. Operations implements the Textura solution and provides on-going support for clients. Their focus is to facilitate clients’ adoption and use of Textura and improve the effectiveness of the Textura Solution in the client’s environment.

Customer Implementation Consultant
This position is based in Deerfield, IL at our corporate headquarters.

About the Job:
As a Customer Implementation Consultant you will be working as part of a team focused on delivering industry leading customer service, support, and training to Subcontractors, General Contractors, Architects, and Developers.  This opportunity will allow you to gain valuable industry experience and learn first-hand what it takes to successfully implement Textura’s first to market construction payment management solution.

What You Should Expect to Do:

  • Answer support calls/emails and work with customers to fully understand, troubleshoot, and resolve their issues.
  • Assist your team with the implementation of the Textura solution to both new and existing clients.
  • Perform internal acceptance testing on new functionality and communicate your testing results to Textura’s IT team.
  • Lead web-based and classroom training for both new and current Textura users.
  • Master the capabilities of the Textura system and consult our customers on how to most effectively use it within their organization.
  • Work with team members to identify, define, prioritize, and implement new system functionality.

What We Expect You to Have: 

  • A Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree
  • 0-3 Years of Experience in Customer Service, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science
  • Professional Experience in Consulting, Accounting, or Construction
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Relationship and Communication Skills
  • The Ability to Solve Complex Problems Under Pressure
  • Experience in Developing or Re-engineering Business Processes
  • High Level of Comfort with Computers and Technology
  • A Passion for Performance
  • The Ability to Travel (up to 20%)

+ TRAINING

Textura careers begin with a rigorous four-week training program.  This provides a thorough introduction to our product and to our company. During your training you will work with representatives from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Development, Quality Assurance, and the Product Team to gain a greater perspective on our software and our business. There is an orientation to our workplace and the tenets of our mission.  You will develop skills on the Textura system and apply these skills in training scenarios taken straight from real-life construction projects.
